Job Description I. Job Summary The Analyst II, IT SOX Auditor, performs SOX audits to assess various IT risks to the business related to IT governance, strategy, infrastructure, security, applications, processes and operations. Responsible for the identification of risk and evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of core processes and internal controls. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Participate in audits and projects that review the integration of automated systems with manual
