- Coordinate with environmental staff, procurement personnel, vendors, treatment/storage/disposal/recycling facilities, and Government stakeholders to resolve data or billing discrepancies.
- Protect data quality by applying consistent definitions, validation checks, version control, and documented business rules.

- Demonstrated ability to summarize complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Experience maintaining detailed cost, vendor, procurement, operational, or environmental records with strong accuracy and traceability.
- Ability to reconcile multiple data sources, identify discrepancies, document assumptions, and produce timely management reports and invoices.
- Proficiency with spreadsheet-based analysis, data tracking, reporting, and document-management tools.

- Familiarity with Government-furnished databases, environmental compliance trackers, enterprise reporting systems, or comparable business intelligence tools.
- Knowledge of regulated waste terminology, manifests, profiles, sampling costs, transportation charges, and disposal documentation.
Education and Experience
