Must-Have Skills:

Epic build, testing, optimization, upgrade, and application support experience, with strong ticket queue management skills.
Strong critical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication and customer support skills.
Ability to manage priorities in high-volume environments and participate in rotating 24/7 on-call coverage.

Nice to Have Skills:

Epic Clinical Documentation certification preferred.
Epic Rehab and Stork certifications preferred.
