Job Location: 4800 Houston, TX (NorthPoint)
Work days/Shift Hours ? if applicable: 5:30 AM - 6:00 PM / 2-2-3 Flex Schdule.
Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $23.13 to $28.98 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
General Purpose
Building Maintenance Technician must be able to work flexible hours, provide hand tools, and possess the needed skills to perform routine, preventive, and corrective building and facility maintenance
Duties and Responsibilities
\t- Prep and paint interior walls of facility and production equipment
\t- Repair electrical outlets throughout facility
\t- Repair and paint interior and exterior doors throughout the facility
\t- Repair water lines and drain lines throughout the facility
\t- Install / repair floor and wall tile throughout facility
\t- Repair and replace electrical lighting as required
\t- Maintain facility to required level of appearance
\t- Adhere to all company policies and standards
\t- Adhere to all food safety requirements and report problems and take action
\t- Other duties as assigned?
Qualifications
\t- Education: High Scholl Diploma or GED required.
\t- 2 plus years basic plumbing/basic electrical experience
\t- 1 plus years extensive painting experience
\t- Strong organization skills
