Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our growing team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in IT staffing and recruitment, with proven expertise in managing recruitment teams, handling multiple client accounts, and driving successful delivery. You will oversee end-to-end recruitment operations, mentor recruiters, collaborate with account managers and clients, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment and consistently meets delivery goals while maintaining strong client and candidate relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of IT recruiters to achieve recruitment and delivery targets.
Own the delivery process for multiple client accounts, ensuring timely fulfillment of technical hiring requirements.
Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand hiring needs, priorities, and delivery expectations.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
Review resumes, conduct candidate screenings, and evaluate technical skills, work authorization, availability, and compensation expectations.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement intake through onboarding.
Monitor team performance, provide coaching, conduct regular review sessions, and support recruiter development.
Track recruitment metrics, submission quality, interview ratios, and placement success to improve delivery performance.
Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified IT professionals across various technologies.
Coordinate interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding activities with candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure accurate maintenance of candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance recruitment efficiency and client satisfaction.
Stay current with technology trends, market intelligence, and competitive hiring practices.
Required Qualifications
4-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.
Proven experience leading recruitment teams and managing delivery for multiple client accounts.
Strong understanding of IT technologies, technical skill sets, and current market trends.
Experience managing multiple high-priority requisitions in a fast-paced staffing environment.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and major job portals.
Ability to analyze delivery metrics and drive continuous process improvement.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting direct clients and implementation partners across multiple industries.
Experience working with VMS/MSP environments is a plus.
