Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Drive execution of complex maintenance activities with minimal customer or business impact.
- Coordinate maintenance windows, rollback plans, validation testing, and post-implementation reviews.
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements through timely remediation of vulnerabilities.
- Partner with Security, Infrastructure, Application, and Operations teams to prioritize and execute remediation activities.
- Coordinate end-to-end remediation activities including maintenance windows and pre/post validations across multiple stakeholders, including business application owners, multiple infrastructure teams (server, application, Firewall etc), security teams, and all relevant third-party vendors (F5, Infoblox, Cisco/Arista etc).
- Maintain high availability and resilience of business-critical services.
- Monitor network performance and proactively identify risks before they impact production.
- Standardize deployment procedures and reduce manual intervention through automation.
- Drive operational excellence through continuous process improvement and infrastructure optimization.
Load Balancer / F5 Responsibilities:
- Implement, and support enterprise-scale load balancer infrastructure across data centers, cloud, and campus environments.
- Deploy, configure and manage F5 BIG-IP virtual appliances, including LTM, ASM, APM and GTM modules.
- Provide Tier-3 support and technical leadership during major incidents and escalations.
- Develop and maintain load balancer design standards, update documentation, and engineering procedures.
- Lead planning, testing, risk assessment, and deployment of critical security and infrastructure patches across production environments.
Required Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience with:
Ansible, Python, Terraform, GitHub and Jira expertise along with network knowledge on various protocols like BGP/OSPF etc.
