Summary:
We are seeking a Lead Full Stack AI Engineer with 10+ years of experience to build next-generation AI-powered enterprise applications. This role will lead the development of intelligent associate experiences by combining modern full-stack engineering with Generative AI, AI Agents, agent orchestration, and cloud-native architectures.
The ideal candidate will design and develop AI-driven workflows, autonomous agents, and intelligent decision-support capabilities that automate complex business processes and improve associate productivity. This is a hands-on engineering role spanning frontend, backend, APIs, cloud services, AI integration, and enterprise-scale system modernization.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Full Stack Software Engineering
- Strong expertise in Java, REST APIs, backend services, distributed systems, and enterprise integrations
- Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, S3, API Gateway, Step Functions, and PostgreSQL
- Experience designing and developing AI-powered applications using LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, MCP, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration frameworks
- Experience integrating GenAI capabilities into enterprise products using services such as Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI APIs, or equivalent
- Experience building AI-assisted workflow automation and intelligent decision-support solutions
- Proficiency with GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, or similar AI-assisted development tools
- Experience building scalable, cloud-native enterprise applications and microservices
- Strong system design, architecture, and technical leadership skills
- Ability to rapidly prototype, experiment, and deliver production-ready AI solutions
