Summary

Contract to Hire opening for a Project Manager to support a high-profile AI Governance program for Healthcare institution. This role is ideal for someone with experience coordinating AI initiatives from a program management or governance perspective rather than hands-on AI development.

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Project Management experience
PMP certification (required)
1+ year supporting AI governance and/or AI implementation initiatives
Experience leading meetings, tracking action items, RAID logs, and project status reporting
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

Healthcare industry experience
Knowledge of Responsible AI or AI governance frameworks
Experience with ServiceNow or similar PM tools
