Summary

Strong hands-on experience with IBM DataStage (parallel jobs, sequences, debugging, performance tuning).
Proficiency with AWS services: S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, RDS, EC2, EMR, CloudWatch, IAM, Step Functions.
Solid understanding of ETL concepts, data warehousing, and data modeling.
Strong SQL skills (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Redshift).
Experience with Python or Shell scripting.
Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and managing requirements on JIRA.
