Summary

Hiring! TA Recruiter for a 5 month + contract located Baltimore, MD. Candidate will be required to travel onsite 3x a month - candidate should reside with in a commutable distance to Baltimore, MD.

Healthcare Recruiter needed to provide year-end support for a high-volume hiring initiative. The role is hybrid, primarily focused on clinical/health services recruiting, with potential expansion into IT, operations, and finance.

Job requirement:

Must have 3 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Strong experience Managing 30+ requisitions simultaneously
Experience with STARS, risk adjustment, and quality recruiting or terminology
Partnering with HR Business Partners
Working with the Compensation team
Negotiating offers
Managing the recruiting process from intake through hire
PeopleSoft preferred but any ATS experience acceptable
Proactive, relationship-builder, strong communicator, self-starter
