Job Title : AI Analyst
Location : Boston MA (Onsite)
Long Term Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI projects through intake, requirements gathering, deployment, and optimization.
• Develop KPI dashboards and reporting using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and SQL to
• Translate business requirements into AI workflows, process documentation, and Salesforce-related specifications.
• Maintain documentation, integration standards, and technical specifications.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI projects; candidates without direct AI exposure will not be considered.
• Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and enterprise system integrations.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel, and SQL.
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience supporting Agile/SDLC processes using Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into business solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• AI, Data Analytics, or RPA certifications.
• Experience evaluating when AI, automation, or traditional process improvements are the most effective solution.
• Knowledge of BPMN, UML, Lean process mapping, or workflow automation tools.
• Exposure to Azure AI, AWS Machine Learning, or Google Cloud AI platforms.
• Experience in customer service, contact center, or enterprise technology environments.
• Understanding of data governance, lineage, compliance, and AI risk management.
