Summary

Role Summary

Lead SAP BW/4HANA and Analytics service delivery engagements, driving end-to-end support, enhancements, governance, and transformation initiatives. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring operational excellence, stakeholder satisfaction, solution optimization, and continuous innovation across the SAP Analytics landscape

Key Responsibilities

Own service delivery for SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Embedded Analytics, and reporting solutions.
Manage AMS, enhancement, and transformation engagements with defined SLAs/KPIs.
Lead incident, problem, change, release, and service governance processes.
Drive performance optimization, data modeling, reporting strategy, and analytics adoption.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate reporting and analytics requirements into scalable solutions.
Provide leadership to onsite/offshore teams, ensuring quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.
Support solution roadmaps, upgrades, migration initiatives, and innovation opportunities within the analytics landscape.
Ensure compliance with security, audit, and data governance standards.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in SAP BW/4HANA, SAP BW, HANA Modeling, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
Experience with CDS Views, Embedded Analytics, and S/4HANA reporting solutions.
Knowledge of SAP data integration, data warehousing, reporting, and dashboarding.
Familiarity with ITIL-based service management and delivery governance.
Strong stakeholder management, team leadership, and customer-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

SAP certification in BW/4HANA, SAC, or related analytics technologies.
Experience leading global AMS/support engagements and analytics transformation programs.
Exposure to cloud analytics platforms and enterprise reporting ecosystems.

Success Metrics

SLA compliance and service stability.
Customer satisfaction and stakeholder feedback.
Reduction in recurring incidents and performance issues.
Timely delivery of enhancements and analytics initiatives.
Continuous improvement and innovation-led business value realization.
