Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Systems Administration, or Software Engineering
- Strong experience supporting both on-premises and cloud-based environments, including air-gapped deployments
- Expertise with Kubernetes administration, engineering, and operations
- Experience with Python scripting and infrastructure automation
- Hands-on experience with Helm for Kubernetes application packaging and deployments
- Knowledge of container technologies including Docker and/or Podman
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience with GitOps methodologies and tooling
- Knowledge of Kubernetes observability, monitoring, logging, and tracing solutions
- Experience implementing Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) offerings
- Familiarity with cloud-native open-source ecosystems
- Experience with disaster recovery and high-availability architectures
- Background supporting highly regulated or secure environments
- Strong collaboration and knowledge-sharing skills

- Develop and support enterprise CI/CD tooling and delivery pipelines
- Implement observability solutions utilizing logs, metrics, and distributed tracing
