Job Summary

We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer with strong Manhattan WMOS experience to support and enhance warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Manhattan WMOS/WMS.
• Work with business teams to understand requirements and provide solutions.
• Support inbound, outbound, and inventory processes.
• Develop and support integrations with ERP and TMS systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Support implementations, upgrades, SIT/UAT, and testing.
• Work with developers, vendors, and project teams.
• Create technical and functional documentation.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Provide production support on a 24x7 rotational basis.

Requirements

• 8+ years of WMS/Supply Chain experience.
• Strong hands-on Manhattan WMOS experience.
• Experience with warehouse operations.
• Strong techno-functional skills.
• Experience with ERP/TMS integrations.
• Knowledge of SQL/PLSQL.
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux.
• Experience with production support and SIT/UAT.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.
