Summary

Job Description C2C

Seeking an experienced SAP QM Functional Lead to lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP Quality Management (QM) solutions in an SAP S/4HANA manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Quality Planning, Incoming, In-Process, and Final Inspections, Quality Notifications, Inspection Plans, Master Inspection Characteristics (MICs), Sampling Procedures, Results Recording, and Usage Decisions.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure SAP QM, and ensure seamless integration with SAP PP, MM, EWM, PM, and SD modules.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end implementations, conducting fit-gap analysis, supporting SIT/UAT, managing data migration, resolving production issues, and driving continuous process improvements.

Candidates should have 8+ years of SAP QM experience, including multiple full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations, strong manufacturing and automotive industry experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams while delivering scalable, high-quality SAP solutions.
