Summary

Role: Data Analysts

Location: Phoenix, Charlotte or Sunrise-2 days onsite in a week

Job Type: Contract/Fulltime

JD:

Overall 6 to 9 years experience in Information Technology domain of which at least 4 years into Project Management

6 9 years of experience as a Data Analyst

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Strong proficiency in Python and/or Java scripting.

Expertise in SQL and relational databases.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Good understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes.

Hands-on experience working with Call Center/Contact Center technologies (Genesys, Five9, NICE, Avaya, Cisco, Amazon Connect, etc.).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience working in Agile environments.

Good to have:

Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
Experience with cloud-based analytics and data services.
Knowledge of Contact Center operational KPIs and workforce management processes.
Familiarity with AI/ML-driven analytics and reporting solutions.
