Loan IQ Project Manager / Business Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC

W2 only
Contract duration: up to 18 months

The Loan IQ Project Manager / Business Analyst is responsible for liaising between Business users and the development team. The overall objective of this position is to take an active role in the Loan IQ upgrade project, participate in regression testing as well as to validate new functionality.  

H/she will have effective communication and diplomacy skills to influence internal partners to test and deploy a new version of Loan IQ system. The resource will be driving execution across Loan IQ production support, enhancements, analysis, and testing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Requirements collection and analysis in the respect of the Loan IQ upgrade project.
• Converting requirements into IT specifications.
• Documenting specifications
• Design and document testing/QA plan
• Communicating and coordinating efforts and workshops between business and IT teams
• Coordinate and assist with end user acceptance testing sessions.

Qualifications:

• Loan IQ platform experience, with background in Loan IQ functionality.
• Exposure to Syndicated Loan business knowledge in a large financial services organization.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Basic SQL programming experience – needed to execute some SQLs for the testing purposes.  
• Agile experience preferred.
