A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Scrum Master
Position type: Full time, Contract
Duration: 12+ months
Location: 3 days onsite in a week in Charlotte, NC
As a Scrum Master, you will:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Scrum Master responsible for integrate with project, technology, and business partners; proactively gather status with minimal disruption.
Must-Have Skills
Required Skills - Lead Agile teams and apply Scrum to deliver business value.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily standup, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, PI Prep).
- Ensure correct use/adherence to Scrum process.
- Ability to lead and influence teams in adopting Agile principles.
- 5+ years’ experience in Agile; includes hands-on Scrum Master experience.
- Proficiency with Jira for managing deliverables and tracking work.
- Execute on Enterprise Change Management requirements.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $68 - $72 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
