Pay Range: $70 - $80/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and support complex Pega CLM solutions.
- Lead implementation of Trigger Based Refresh and modernization activities.
- Develop integrations with enterprise systems, databases, and external services.
- Drive application performance optimization, resiliency, and security improvements.
- Implement Pega best practices, guardrail compliance, and reusable framework components.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across multiple workstreams.
- Partner with business, QA, platform, and vendor teams to accelerate solution delivery.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Skills- Pega CLM
- Secondary Skill: Pega / PegaRules Process Commander PRPC
- Tertiary Skill: PostgreSQL
- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on Pega development experience.
- Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Pega applications
- Strong expertise in Pega CLM, Case Management, Flows, and Integrations.
- Experience with Java, REST APIs, SQL, XML, and Enterprise Application Integration.
- Experience troubleshooting and optimizing large-scale Pega applications.
- Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning capabilities
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
- Experience collaborating with Business Analysts, QA, Platform Engineering, and Architecture teams.
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Master''s degree preferred but not required
- Financial Services / AML / KYC domain experience
- Experience with Pega Constellation, Blueprint, and GenAI capabilities.
