Summary

Role: Software Developer / Application Developer Python

Location: Charlotte, NC

Employment Type: W2/C2C Contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Python Software/Application Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and backend services. The ideal candidate should have strong Python programming experience, API development expertise, and a solid understanding of software development best practices.

Required Skills:

3+ years of experience in Python development
Strong proficiency in Python
Experience with Django or Flask (FastAPI is a plus)
Hands-on experience with RESTful API development
Strong knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server)
Experience with Git and Agile development
Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) is a plus

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Python-based applications and APIs
Write clean, efficient, and reusable code
Integrate applications with databases and third-party services
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
Participate in code reviews and testing activities
