Position Details:

Role: Python Developer
Location: Charlotte, NC
Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week
Duration: 12+ months
Experience: 8+ years
Employment Type: W2
Interview Process: Microsoft Teams interview followed by a final in-person round

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain scalable server-side applications, APIs, and scripts using Python.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.
Integrate databases, third-party services, and APIs.
Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
Participate in code reviews and CI/CD processes.
Work effectively within Agile development teams.

Required Skills:

Strong Python development experience and knowledge of Python frameworks.
Experience with RESTful APIs and backend application development.
Database integration experience.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
Experience with Git/version control systems.
Experience with testing and debugging.
Exposure to cloud platforms, DevOps tools, or front-end technologies is a plus.
