Job Overview
Our client, a leading banking organization, is seeking highly skilled Forward Deployed Engineers specializing in Agentic AI and Enterprise Solutions. In this role, you will be embedded at the client site, working directly with stakeholders to design, deploy, and optimize AI-driven enterprise solutions that meet complex business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and implement Agentic AI solutions in a large-scale enterprise banking environment
- Work directly with client teams onsite to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Build and integrate enterprise-grade AI applications and workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution delivery
- Troubleshoot and optimize deployed solutions for performance and reliability
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks and enterprise AI solutions
- Strong software engineering background (Python, Java, or similar)
- Experience working in or deploying solutions for the banking/financial services sector
- Ability to work onsite X days per week at client location
Preferred Skills
- Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
- Experience with enterprise integration patterns and APIs
- Prior forward-deployed or client-facing engineering experience
Location & Work Model
Onsite, 5 days per week. Multiple locations available: New York, NJ, Delaware, Columbus, Plano, Houston, and Chicago.
