Required Education & Experience
-Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10+ years' experience in this capacity
-10+ years of Business Analyst experience (listed under required technical skills)
Required Skills

-Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
-Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
-Ability to translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications
-Ability to maintain and prioritize product backlog items
-Experience supporting sprint planning, backlog refinement, UAT, and release activities
-Ability to validate delivered functionality against business requirements and acceptance criteria
-Ability to ensure traceability from requirements through implementation and testing
-Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders, product management, and search engineering teams
-Collaborate with stakeholders across Digital, Marketing, Product Management, Customer Support, and eCommerce teams
-Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and business impacts
