Position Overview This role will focus on stabilizing operations, improving service delivery, strengthening organizational governance, aligning resources with institutional priorities, and establishing sustainable management practices. The successful candidate will provide decisive leadership, assess current operations and technology capabilities, implement corrective actions, and prepare the organization for a smooth transition to a permanent Director.
