Summary

Job Title : Security Architect - Cloud Engineer

Location: Columbia SC -Hybrid (3 days per month onsite)

Duration: Long term

Job Type : Contract (We can consider - W2)

Responsibilities:

10 years infrastructure, systems engineering, DevOps, or architecture
8+ years technical architecture
5-7 years AWS (IAM, Organizations, Networking Architectures, Cost Mgmt controls, etc.)
3-5 years Azure (RBAC, Azure AD, Networking Architectures, Cost Mgmt controls, etc.)
3-7 years enterprise cloud architecture or governance
3-5 years Terraform and infrastructure as a code
3-5 years cloud migrations and platform operations
3+ years technical leadership and knowledge transfer
Public Cloud infrastructure expertise

Preferred Skills

Expertise in Terraform infrastructure as code, understanding of scaling technologies and solutions, experience with AWS or
other clouds, familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, or other container platforms, security, penetration testing and threat detection tools, and experience wServiceNow, Datadog, Dome9, and/or Aviatrix.
Background in DevOps, Software Development, Site Reliability, or Systems Engineering.
Experience with configuration management and continuous deployment

Certification AWS and\or Azure certifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems and 8+ years of technical architecture experience and relevant hands-on engineering.
