Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Data Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive largescale data, analytics, and platform initiatives across engineering teams. This role requires strong technical depth, program leadership, and handson experience managing complex data programs in a fastpaced environment.
MustHave Skills
15+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager
Strong background in data engineering, analytics, or ML platforms
Experience leading crossfunctional technical programs endtoend
Ability to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps
Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL, data quality, metrics, dashboards
Experience working with Python, SQL, Spark, Hadoop, or similar data technologies
Cloud experience (AWS/Google Cloud Platform preferred)
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills
NicetoHave Skills
Background in machine learning workflows
Experience with data governance, privacy, and compliance
Agile/Scrum experience
Experience managing largescale distributed systems programs
Key Responsibilities
Drive endtoend delivery of data platform, analytics, and ML infrastructure programs
Partner with engineering, data science, product, and leadership teams
Build and maintain program plans, roadmaps, timelines, and execution strategies
Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; drive resolutions
Ensure highquality delivery of data pipelines, metrics, dashboards, and platform capabilities
Lead crossfunctional meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communication
Manage technical documentation, program artifacts, and reporting
Support production readiness, release planning, and continuous improvement
