Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Python Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, and support scalable web applications and integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong Python backend-development expertise, hands-on experience with modern frontend technologies, and the ability to integrate internal and third-party applications through APIs.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop full-stack applications using Python and modern frontend frameworks.
Build scalable backend services using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Develop responsive user interfaces using React, Angular, or similar JavaScript frameworks.
Design, build, consume, and maintain RESTful APIs.
Integrate enterprise applications with internal systems, third-party platforms, databases, and cloud services.
Implement data mapping, transformation, validation, and synchronization between applications.
Develop secure API authentication and authorization using OAuth 2.0, JWT, API keys, and role-based access controls.
Implement logging, monitoring, retry mechanisms, exception handling, and alerts for application integrations.
Build asynchronous and event-driven integrations using Kafka, AWS SQS/SNS, or similar messaging technologies.
Develop automated unit, integration, API, and UI tests.
Troubleshoot application defects, integration failures, performance issues, and production incidents.
Create and maintain API documentation using OpenAPI and Swagger standards.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, DevOps, security, and quality-engineering teams.
Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, application deployments, and production-support activities.
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in Python application development.
Experience with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Frontend-development experience using React, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP methods, status codes, and API lifecycle management.
Experience integrating internal and third-party applications through APIs.
Knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud-based application deployments.
Understanding of API security, authentication, authorization, logging, and performance optimization.
Experience writing unit, integration, and API tests using PyTest, Postman, or similar tools.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/Fargate, S3, SQS, SNS, and CloudWatch.
Knowledge of Kafka or other event-streaming and messaging technologies.
Experience with API management platforms such as Apigee, MuleSoft, Kong, or AWS API Gateway.
Familiarity with Terraform or another infrastructure-as-code tool.
Experience with microservices and event-driven architecture.
Knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
