Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager in FinTech, mortgage lending, financial services, or lending software.
Prior experience working with mortgage companies, mortgage lenders, loan servicing organizations, or mortgage technology providers.
Strong project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience coordinating cross-functional business and technology teams.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Confluence, or similar platforms.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver projects in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work onsite in Dallas according to the hybrid schedule.
