Summary

We are seeking a Mainframe Production Support professional to maintain, monitor, and support batch processing operations across our mainframe environment.

Required Qualifications

8-10 years of hands-on experience with COBOL, DB2, and JCL in a production support capacity
Strong understanding of mainframe batch processing, job scheduling, and z/OS environments
Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and production troubleshooting
Familiarity with job scheduling tools (Control-M, CA7, Zeke, or similar)
Ability to work under pressure during critical batch windows and production incidents
Strong communication skills for coordinating across technical and business teams
