Job Description

We are looking for an experienced TeamSite CMS Architect to lead the architecture, development, implementation, and enhancement of enterprise content management solutions using OpenText TeamSite / Web CMS.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with OpenText TeamSite, CMS architecture, content modeling, templates, workflows, integrations, and enterprise web technologies.

Required Skills

8+ years of experience in Web Content Management / CMS
Strong hands-on experience with OpenText TeamSite / OpenText Web CMS
Experience designing and implementing enterprise TeamSite CMS architecture
Strong knowledge of TeamSite Templates, Data Types, Components, Forms, and Workflows
Experience with TeamSite OpenDeploy and content deployment
Strong experience with Java, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, XML, and JSON
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations
Strong understanding of CMS architecture, content modeling, and content governance
Experience with Git, Jenkins, CI/CD, or similar DevOps tools
Experience working in Linux/Unix environments
Knowledge of Angular or React is a plus
Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and integration patterns

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture and design of OpenText TeamSite CMS solutions.
Design scalable, secure, and maintainable CMS architecture.
Develop and customize TeamSite templates, components, workflows, and content types.
Design and implement content authoring, approval, and publishing workflows.
Manage content deployment using OpenDeploy and related technologies.
Integrate TeamSite with enterprise applications and external systems through APIs.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
Analyze existing CMS architecture and recommend improvements and modernization strategies.
Troubleshoot complex CMS, workflow, integration, and deployment issues.
Establish development standards, coding guidelines, and best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA, and infrastructure teams.
Participate in architecture reviews, technical discussions, code reviews, and release planning.
Support production deployments and provide technical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with TeamSite modernization and migration projects.
Experience with TeamSite REST APIs.
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise CMS implementations.
Knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud environments is a plus.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Important Requirements

Must be local to the Fort Worth, TX area.
Hybrid work model.
Candidate must be able to work onsite as required by the client.
Local candidates will be given preference.
Candidates must be available for the required interview process.
