Technical Program Manager / Infrastructure Program Manager

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead IT and OT infrastructure initiatives for manufacturing facility buildouts and expansions. The ideal candidate will have experience managing factory infrastructure projects, coordinating multiple vendors and suppliers, and delivering projects from construction through production go-live.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT and OT infrastructure deployment for manufacturing facilities.
• Manage multiple vendors, contractors, and technology partners.
• Oversee network, wireless, server room, cybersecurity, and plant-floor technology implementations.
• Coordinate with construction, facilities, engineering, automation, and operations teams.
• Drive project schedules, budgets, risk management, and status reporting.
• Ensure infrastructure readiness for plant commissioning and production startup.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Technical Project/Program Management experience.
• Proven experience supporting manufacturing plant buildouts, factory expansions, or greenfield projects.
• Strong understanding of both IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments.
• Experience with industrial networks, SCADA, PLCs, MES, and manufacturing systems.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple vendors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Must-Have

• Hands-on experience building and deploying IT/OT infrastructure for manufacturing facilities.
• Experience managing large-scale infrastructure programs involving multiple vendors and suppliers.

Proven track record delivering projects from facility construction through production go-live.
