Other information relevant to the job requirement?
The Group develops technologies to enhance military medical capabilities in operational and resource-constrained environments. Our research programs focus on two core areas: medical autonomy and medical imaging. Our medical autonomy efforts develop intelligent, field-deployable technologies that augment medical providers, expand access to advanced care, and enable providers with varying levels of training to perform complex medical tasks. Our medical imaging research combines artificial intelligence with advanced sensing and novel imaging systems to improve the
speed, accuracy, and availability of diagnostic information. Much of our most impactful work integrates these areas, combining intelligent automation and advanced imaging to provide military medical personnel with new capabilities to support military medical providers and personnel in the field and at the point of care.
