Job Title: Senior Commercial Interior Designer

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Interior Designer with 7+ years of commercial interior design and/or architecture experience. The ideal candidate will have strong design leadership, project management, and client management skills, with the ability to own projects from concept through construction.
This role requires experience managing multiple commercial projects, coordinating with consultants, managing project budgets and profitability, and delivering high-quality design solutions. Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools is required.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in commercial interior design and/or architecture
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
Proven experience managing multiple commercial projects of varying scale and complexity
Strong experience owning the design process from concept through construction
Experience in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
Good working knowledge in project management tools such as Asana, Deltek, or similar platforms
Strong skills in client management and project management
Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, and profitability
Strong experience with consultant coordination, including MEP, structural, lighting, AV, and other consultants
NCIDQ certification or an Architecture License is preferred
