Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across digital advertising, marketing measurement, and media analytics.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python, campaign measurement, attribution, performance analytics, large-scale datasets, and BI reporting. The role requires the ability to translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations for both technical and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end analytics initiatives focused on campaign measurement, attribution, and performance tracking.
- Analyze large, multi-source datasets to identify actionable insights for marketing and media strategies.
- Develop interactive dashboards and scalable reporting solutions using Tableau, Looker, or similar BI platforms.
- Define KPIs and measurement frameworks aligned with business objectives.
- Apply statistical techniques and experimentation methodologies to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations for technical and business stakeholders.
- Build reusable analytical models, frameworks, and reporting templates.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting processes, and analytical methodologies.
- Support enhancements to analytics capabilities and data-driven products.
- Independently manage multiple analytical initiatives and deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- 9+ years of experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, or data science.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python.
- Strong understanding of marketing measurement, attribution models, and campaign analytics.
- Experience developing dashboards with Tableau, Looker, or comparable BI platforms.
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and data modeling.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex analytical results into actionable business recommendations.
- Ability to work independently across multiple analytics initiatives.
- Ability to work during Pacific Time business hours.
