Summary:
Client is seeking experienced Technology Program Managers / Scrum Masters to support critical wealth platform modernization and enterprise transformation initiatives. This role will partner closely with Product Owners, Engineering, Architecture, and senior business stakeholders to drive execution across multiple agile workstreams in a highly regulated enterprise environment.
The ideal candidate combines strong agile delivery leadership with program governance, stakeholder management, and operational rigor. Candidates should be comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent initiatives and cross-functional dependencies.
Key Responsibilities
Agile Delivery & Execution
Own end-to-end delivery execution across multiple initiatives and workstreams.
Translate roadmap milestones into actionable release plans, sprint goals, and delivery checkpoints.
Partner with Product Owners to align priorities with engineering capacity and delivery commitments.
Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, retrospectives, and release coordination.
Track and manage delivery progress against committed scope, timelines, and quality objectives.
Identify and remove delivery impediments to maintain team velocity and execution predictability. Program Governance, Risk & Controls
Ensure adherence to enterprise delivery governance, audit, and risk management standards.
Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and proactively drive mitigation strategies.
Manage technology, operational, and delivery risks across complex programs.
Ensure compliance with SDLC, release management, and change management processes.
Coordinate cross-team dependencies and escalation management. Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
Produce concise, executive-level delivery status reporting for technology and business leadership.
Chair weekly and monthly service delivery and program status meetings.
Communicate delivery health through meaningful KPIs and metrics, including: o Sprint predictability o Dependency risk o Quality indicators o Release readiness
Serve as the single source of truth for program status, risks, dependencies, and execution progress. Facilitate alignment across business, product, and technology stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Technology Program Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Lead.
Strong experience leading large-scale agile technology delivery programs.
Experience supporting enterprise platforms, digital transformation, or modernization initiatives.
Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and SDLC methodologies.
Strong program governance, RAID management, and risk mitigation experience.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional dependencies across engineering, product, and business teams.
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and agile reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Financial services or wealth management technology experience strongly preferred.
Experience working in highly regulated enterprise environments.
Familiarity with release management and enterprise change control processes.
SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, or related certifications preferred. Ideal Candidate Profile Highly organized and execution-focused.
Comfortable managing ambiguity and driving alignment across large organizations.
Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
Proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail and operational discipline.
