Job Title: EPIC Willow Analyst - Inpatient
Location: Remote with possible onsite for EPIC Wave 3 starting November 7 (expenses paid)
Duration: Contract - 5 months
Pay Range: $75-85/hour W2

Job Description
We are seeking an EPIC Willow Inpatient Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the Willow Inpatient module and a proven ability to support safe, efficient medication-use workflows across inpatient settings.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Epic Willow Inpatient build, including medication dictionaries, order sets, and workflows.
- Collaborate with pharmacy, clinical, and IT stakeholders to evaluate requirements and implement enhancements.
- Support integration with medication dispensing systems and related interfaces.
- Troubleshoot, test, and validate build changes, upgrades, and fixes to ensure reliability and compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Active Epic Willow Inpatient certification.
- 3 to 5 years of healthcare IT or hospital pharmacy experience.
- Understanding of medication dispensing systems and inpatient pharmacy workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear communication abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting Epic go-lives or wave-based deployments.
- Familiarity with inpatient clinical workflows, medication safety, and regulatory standards.

Additional Details
Schedule: 8 hours per day. Labor Type: Technical. Role is mostly remote with possible onsite expectations for EPIC Wave 3 starting November 7. Maximum submissions per supplier: 2.
