Role Overview
We are seeking a senior, client-facing professional with strong expertise in AI, Data & Analytics consulting, technical pre-sales, solution shaping, and enterprise transformation.
The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge across AI, data engineering, analytics, and cloud with excellent consulting, communication, and commercial skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales and account leadership teams to drive AI and analytics engagements with enterprise CPG/Retail clients.
- Lead discovery workshops, executive discussions, solutioning sessions, and client presentations.
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI, data, and engineering solutions.
- Shape proposals, SOWs, transformation roadmaps, RFP responses, and strategic pursuits.
- Advise clients on AI/ML, GenAI, data engineering, cloud, analytics, and enterprise architecture.
- Support AI use cases including revenue growth management, demand forecasting, supply chain analytics, retail execution, customer analytics, pricing & promotions, personalization, and trade promotion optimization.
- Build strong relationships with CIO, CDO, CTO, Data & Analytics, Digital, and business leadership teams.
- Collaborate with consulting, engineering, data science, and delivery teams to bridge business strategy with technical execution.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to strategic consulting and advisory engagements.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in AI/Data consulting, analytics consulting, technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or client-facing engineering leadership.
- Strong experience working with enterprise CPG and/or Retail clients.
- Proven experience leading client engagements, discovery sessions, solutioning, and executive-level discussions.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLM ecosystems, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, Data Engineering, and modern data platforms.
- Experience with one or more cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of MLOps/AI Ops, enterprise AI architecture, BI/visualization, data governance, and enterprise data strategy.
- Experience supporting RFPs, proposals, SOWs, technical pre-sales, and large deal pursuits.
- Excellent executive communication, presentation, storytelling, and business translation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
- Experience working with Fortune 500 or large enterprise clients is highly preferred.
- Existing relationships within the CPG/Retail ecosystem are a plus.
- Hands-on practitioner experience within the relevant domain is required.
