We are looking for a Senior/Lead Data Analyst with strong data analysis, SQL, requirements, testing, and Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance experience.

Must-Have Experience

• 5 8+ years of relevant software/data experience

• Strong SQL and relational database querying

• P&C Insurance industry experience REQUIRED

• Policy Administration / Policy Admin experience REQUIRED

• Data mapping & transformation

• Business requirements analysis

• SDLC methodologies

• Functional/system specifications

• Test planning, test cases & execution

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Ability to lead and drive team efforts

Preferred Skills

• Statutory & compliance reporting

• DB2 / SQL Server

• Cloud technologies

• MS Office

• Supervisory/leadership experience

• Insurance compliance and audit support

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and clarify business requirements

• Create data and transformation mapping specifications

• Develop use cases and functional specifications

• Collaborate with Business & IT teams throughout the SDLC

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases

• Support unit, integration, UAT, and performance testing

• Support compliance reporting, audits, and market conduct exams

• Provide estimates and drive multiple concurrent initiatives

Strong communication, leadership, attention to detail, and P&C insurance domain knowledge are critical for this role.
