Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Backend Developer or Java Full Stack Developer with strong experience in building scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java-based backend development, microservices architecture, and financial domain exposure (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot, Kafka
Build and manage RESTful APIs and microservices
Work with distributed systems and ensure scalability and performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI, QA, DevOps, Product)
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture decisions
Ensure code quality, security, and compliance with enterprise standards
Troubleshoot and optimize application performance

Required Skills:

9+ years of experience in Java backend/Fullstack development
Strong proficiency in Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, Spring MVC
Experience with Microservices Architecture
Hands-on with REST APIs, JSON, HTTP protocols
Strong experience with SQL / NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Familiarity with Kafka / Messaging systems
Experience with Docker / Kubernetes
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, etc.)
