Summary

Position Summary

Stellar Services is seeking a Vice President, Business Solutions to lead the delivery of Project Management Information System (PMIS) solutions for public and private sector clients. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project controls, business process improvement, system implementation, and client relationship management. This role will oversee solution architecture, project delivery, team leadership, and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead PMIS implementation and business solution projects from planning through deployment.
Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on project controls and technology solutions.
Oversee solution design, configuration, reporting, integrations, and data migration activities.
Lead and mentor project managers, business analysts, developers, and consultants.
Support business development efforts, client presentations, proposals, and solution demonstrations.
Develop executive dashboards, KPI reporting, cost management, and schedule management solutions.
Collaborate with clients to improve project delivery, workflow efficiency, and reporting capabilities.
Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet client expectations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Construction Management, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in PMIS, project controls, project management, or business solution consulting.
Experience with platforms such as Primavera Unifier, e-Builder, Procore, SharePoint, Kahua, Aconex, or similar systems.
Strong knowledge of cost management, schedule management, reporting, and system integration.
Proven leadership experience managing teams and client engagements.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting large capital programs, construction, transportation, infrastructure, or government agencies.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and enterprise system integrations.
