Summary

Note: Candidates with direct corporate Talent Acquisition experience supporting pharmaceutical or biotech organizations will be given strong preference.

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter with 5+ years of in-house pharmaceutical or biotech recruiting experience. This role will manage full lifecycle recruitment for professional through Director-level positions and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver top talent.

Required Skills:

5+ years of corporate (in-house) recruiting experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
Full lifecycle recruiting experience.
Experience hiring professional through Director-level roles.
Experience supporting commercial and non-commercial business functions.
Strong sourcing, behavioral interviewing, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation skills.
Experience with ATS; Workday preferred.
Experience using AI recruiting tools is a plus.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
