 Experience
• 12+ years of experience in BI, Analytics, Data Warehousing, or Data Engineering projects.
• Strong experience in Pharma/Life Sciences domain is mandatory.

 Job Summary
We are looking for a senior consultant with deep expertise in Business Intelligence (BI), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Pharma/Life Sciences analytics to drive strategic data and AI initiatives.

 Key Responsibilities
• Lead BI and AI-driven analytics initiatives across Pharma/Life Sciences projects.
• Design and implement dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, or similar BI platforms.
• Drive client discussions, solution workshops, and executive presentations related to analytics, AI adoption, and reporting strategies.
• Analyze pharma commercial, patient, sales, marketing, and omnichannel datasets.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to leadership and business teams.

 Required Skills
• Strong expertise in BI reporting and visualization tools.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Extensive experience in Pharma/Life Sciences analytics and commercial data domains.
• Experience with patient analytics, sales analytics, field force analytics, or omnichannel analytics.
• Strong client interaction, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
