Summary

We are seeking an Advanced Analytics Manager to support Commercial Analytics & Insights for a U.S. business unit. This role will partner with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Business Technology teams to deliver data-driven insights and optimize commercial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze brand performance using medical/pharmacy claims, CRM, promotional, and healthcare datasets.
Develop HCP, patient, prescriber, and channel insights to support marketing and sales strategy.
Lead HCP targeting, segmentation, call optimization, and field-force analytics.
Design promotional effectiveness studies, test/control analyses, matched cohorts, and ROI measurement.
Develop and maintain Marketing Mix Models (MMM) to optimize promotional spend.
Build measurement frameworks and predictive analytics strategies.
Translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations.
Collaborate with internal teams, brand leads, sales operations, and external agencies.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
5+ years of analytics experience, preferably in pharma, biotech, healthcare, or life sciences.
Strong experience in pharma commercial/advanced analytics.
Experience with HCP targeting, segmentation, claims analytics, and predictive analytics.
Experience with MMM, A/B testing, or experimental methodologies.
Strong SQL, Python, and/or R skills.
Experience with IQVIA, Symphony, or similar healthcare datasets.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
