Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Raleigh, NC, 27607
Duration: 12 months (With Possible Extension)
Work Mode: Onsite/ Contract

Responsibilities:

Conduct stakeholder analysis and market research
Document current-state and future-state business processes and workflows
Create and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, wireframes, context diagrams, functional decomposition, ERDs, data dictionaries, and system context diagrams
Gather, validate, and document business, functional, and technical requirements
Develop and maintain project artifacts, reports, and user documentation
Perform functional and integrated testing; support UAT with test scenarios and cases
Prepare and maintain Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM)
Assist in procurement documentation and evaluation criteria; provide input to procurement deliverables
Ensure application designs meet business requirements; collaborate with PMs, developers, and end users
Attend PMO meetings; follow PMO BA/PM methodology
Document gap analyses; produce meeting minutes and distribute to stakeholders
Travel locally within the Raleigh area as needed

Requirements:

7+ years in business analysis, requirements gathering, and business process design
Strong writing and communication skills; ability to build client relationships
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and tight timelines
Thorough understanding of SDLC, IT Service Management practices
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) and SharePoint
Experience creating context diagrams, functional decomposition, ERDs, data dictionaries, and system context diagrams
Healthcare data reporting systems experience recommended
Ability to work on-site in Raleigh and travel as required
