Job Description
We are seeking a Developer II – Application Development with strong experience in .NET technologies, C#, Java, AngularJS, and Web API development to design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate will have experience throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, application development, testing, code reviews, and production support. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
•            Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
•            Design, develop, test, and implement enterprise web applications using C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, Java, and AngularJS.
•            Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies.
•            Develop and consume RESTful APIs, Web API, and WCF services.
•            Create well-structured, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices.
•            Design and execute unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.
•            Review, enhance, and maintain existing legacy applications.
•            Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
•            Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, architects, and stakeholders to deliver scalable software solutions.
•            Design and optimize relational databases using SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
•            Configure and support web applications hosted on IIS.
•            Troubleshoot production issues and provide application support.

Required Skills
•            3+ years of experience in application development.
•            Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, and Java.
•            Experience with AngularJS, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.
•            Strong experience developing RESTful Web APIs and WCF Services.
•            Knowledge of MVC and MVVM architecture patterns.
•            Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL database development.
•            Experience configuring and deploying applications on IIS.
•            Understanding of Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
•            Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
•            Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Skills
•            Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, or other version control systems.
•            Knowledge of Entity Framework or ORM technologies.
•            Experience working in Healthcare or Health Insurance environments.
•            Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
