Job Responsibilities

Project Coordination

Assist the project manager in the development of project management documents such as project budgets, project schedules, scope statements, and project plans
Help coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables
Liaise with project stakeholders concerning project details and deliverables
Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has what’s needed at the right time
Analyze data as required
Conduct administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, drafting invoices, and drawing estimates
Track and report project progress
Help project managers monitor project progress and team members’ performance and provide updates to project stakeholders
Schedule stakeholder meetings; document and generate reports
Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner
Other duties as assigned

Mandatory Skills

High school diploma plus a project management certification with relevant work experience in project management or administrative assistance
Strong oral and written communication skills
Experience coordinating multiple tasks under pressure while ensuring that project goals are met on time and within budget
Demonstrated skills in working effectively with others both individually and in groups to troubleshoot problems, create procedures, and provide support
Demonstrates a strong level of attention to detail and organization in planning, tracking, and executing project tasks
Experience using business financial applications for procurement-related tasks (e.g., JD Edwards EnterpriseOne or similar)
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Valid driver’s license and a working vehicle for commuting between job sites

IT Contractor Request

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative Senior Project Coordinator to support an IT department.

This role combines hands-on operational responsibilities (including contract coordination) with project coordinator support for project and program managers across multiple projects (depending on scope and complexity). Responsibilities may include overseeing administrative tasks, financial reporting, contract lifecycle management (CLM) tasks, and other project responsibilities as needed to support project managers.

Desired Skills

Four-year college degree OR equivalent work experience as a project coordinator and/or IT procurement/vendor contract compliance
Ability to analyze data and develop insights to support decision making
Familiarity with contracting applications, processes, and workflows
Process improvement experience

The projected hourly range for this position is $43 to $48.
