Role: Technical Product Manager Customer Identity & Digital Transformation
Location: San Antonio, TX (Hybrid)
Experience: 12+ Years

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead customer identity, account management, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Okta CIAM, customer authentication, and digital products. Experience in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), Retail, or Hospitality industry is a big plus.

Must-Have Skills

10+ years of Product Management experience (12+ years overall preferred)
Strong experience with Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM), preferably Okta
Good knowledge of authentication technologies:
- OAuth 2.0
- OpenID Connect (OIDC)
- SAML
- JWT
Experience managing customer account features:
- User Registration
- Login
- Profile Management
- Password Reset/Recovery
- Account Security
Experience leading Digital Transformation projects
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum
Experience working with APIs, Cloud applications, and Microservices
Ability to work with technical teams and business stakeholders
Excellent communication and leadership skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience in QSR, Retail, Hospitality, or Consumer Digital
Experience with Customer Loyalty Platforms and CRM integrations
Mobile app and omnichannel digital experience
Analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
Product Management, Scrum, or Okta Certification
Risk & Security Management experience

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Own and manage customer identity and account management products
Work with engineering, UX, security, marketing, and business teams
Define product roadmap and priorities
Gather business requirements and convert them into technical requirements
Ensure secure and scalable customer experiences across web, mobile, and in-store platforms

Best Fit Candidate

Technical Product Manager with strong Okta CIAM experience
Has led digital transformation initiatives
Experienced with authentication, APIs, and cloud technologies
Strong communicator who can work with both technical and business teams
QSR or Retail industry experience is preferred
