BI Engineer (Sigma)

This candidate will own and maintain the data reporting ecosystem, specifically supporting Product Analytics and Customer Success leadership.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Sigma Computing: Hands-on, expert-level proficiency in Sigma for dynamic dashboarding, workbooks, and data visualization.
• Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, interface directly with executive-level US stakeholders, and capture specs/requirements independently.
• SaaS Domain Awareness: Strong grasp of core SaaS business metrics (e.g., Bookings, ARR, usage, retention).

Technical Depth & Team Structure

• SQL & Data Debugging: Working knowledge of SQL to read and debug existing queries in Snowflake and dbt.
• Offshore Support: Heavy pipeline construction and backend data engineering are handled entirely by an offshore Data Engineering team in India - complex data engineering/data modeling skills are not required for this role.
