Role: Learning & Development Operations Coordinator
Location: Washington, DC/Reston, VA (Hybrid)
Job Type: Contract-To-Hire

Job Summary:
We are seeking an L&D Operations / Training Coordinator to support enterprise-wide learning and development activities. This role focuses on training coordination, learning administration, reporting, analytics, vendor management, and operational support rather than primarily delivering training.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the full training lifecycle from intake, approvals, registration, and payments through completion and reporting.
Manage training requests, schedules, participant registrations, and learning records.
Analyze training/operational data and prepare reports, metrics, dashboards, and trend analysis.
Coordinate with vendors, Procurement, Finance/AP, and internal stakeholders.
Manage invoices, registrations, payments, and vendor-related activities.
Provide professional communication and operational support to the L&D team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Prior experience as a Training Coordinator, L&D Coordinator, Learning Operations Coordinator, Training Administrator, or similar.
Strong training/L&D operations and stakeholder coordination experience.
Intermediate Excel skills Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/lookup functions, filtering, sorting, and data analysis.
Strong Microsoft 365 proficiency.
Good analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple processes and stakeholders independently.
Comfortable supporting occasional on-site training events.
