The Oracle Solutions Architect Manager serves as the primary technical and functional design authority for the Oracle E-Business Suite R12 platform. This leader defines the end-to-end application architecture, integration patterns, modernization roadmap, compliance posture, and cross-module governance framework—consistent with enterprise standards.
The role manages architects, leads solution design reviews, and partners closely with business and IT leadership to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant EBS capabilities.
This role is central to ERP modernization, system integration (including OCI/OIC), and enterprise architecture alignment, similar to the themes discussed in the Customers ERP Modernization Instance Plan/Hosting Plan and Configuration Management Plan Walkthrough.
Skills & Experience:
· 10+ years of Oracle EBS experience with 5+ years in architecture or solution-design leadership roles.
· Deep expertise in EBS R12, including ADOP, EBR, and cross-module dependencies.
· Strong background designing integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, and custom staging-table frameworks.
· Expertise in Financials, Procurement, Projects, and associated data models.
· Deep understanding of compliance frameworks, SOD, and audit-driven governance.
· Experience leading complex ERP modernization programs or cloud-migration initiatives.
· Excellent ability to translate architectural concepts to executive audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience delivering EBS modernization initiatives in OCI environments.
· Familiarity with API Gateway, DevOps CI/CD for integrations, and cloud-native observability.
· PMP, TOGAF, or Oracle Cloud certifications.
